The UVB-76 radio station transmitted voice messages with alphanumeric groups twice on the morning of October 3. At 08:07 Moscow time, the radiogram "BUGOPUKH" was broadcast, and at 09:08, "KLIROSGIB". Both transmissions were recorded by the "UVB-76 logs" monitoring channel.

The current activity continues a series of messages that began the day before. On October 2, at 10:50 Moscow time, the station transmitted "AKUSHERKA", and at 11:21, "METILENOVYI". Over two days, observers recorded four voice radiograms sent from the call sign NZHTI.
At the same time, today's transmissions were separated by only 61 minutes. This is not the first time UVB-76 has issued several messages in a short period. For example, on August 24, four radiograms were reported, which the station transmitted in less than two hours: then the words "mylovar", "dolzhnostnoy", "belokuryi" and "shketoring" were broadcast.
UVB-76 most of the time transmits a monotonous repeating signal on the shortwave frequency 4625 kHz. Voice radiograms periodically interrupt this signal and contain a call sign, numerical groups, and individual words. Their exact purpose is not publicly disclosed.
Therefore, the words "bugopukh" and "klirosgib" themselves do not provide grounds to draw conclusions about their meaning or to link the transmission to specific events. There is no independent decryption of the new messages. The fact that can be recorded now is an increase in the number of registered voice transmissions over the past two days.
