Fesco Transport Group launched the first container train from Timashevskaya station in Krasnodar Krai. The train with export cargo is heading to China via the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port. This was reported by the company's press service.

The train departed on September 28. It is loaded with 152 TEU — this is the equivalent of twenty-foot containers.
How the route is organized
The railway leg from Timashevskaya to Vladivostok is designed for 12 days. After arriving at VMTP, the containers will be reloaded onto a Fesco vessel. The sea part of the journey to the Chinese port of Xingang will take another 7 days. The transportation will be carried out by the regular Fesco China Direct Line service.
Departures from Timashevskaya station are scheduled twice a month. Fesco accepts a wide range of goods for transportation from Krasnodar Krai and neighboring regions, including agricultural products. The service also operates in the opposite direction.
