On September 24, 2026, a floating berth of project PRP-36 was laid down at the production site of the Shipyard Rechnaya in the Leningrad Region. The customer is the State Transport Leasing Company, and the recipient is the shipping company Neva Travel.

Construction is being carried out by OOO PKB Petrobalt. The project was developed by the design bureau Forss Tekhnologii.

The floating object is a non-self-propelled passenger vessel. It is designed for safe approach and mooring of vessels, as well as boarding and disembarking passengers. The berth's length is 36.6 m, width is 12.34 m, freeboard height is 1.58 m, and draft is 0.84 m. Project class symbol: K⍟[1] Floating facility (terminal) (fixed-position-S).

Construction is being carried out under the technical supervision of the Baltic Branch of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS). Neva Travel transports over 1.3 million passengers annually.
