In Krasnogorsk, the LITEX research and production center will be established, aiming to bring together the development, testing, and production of high-tech equipment on a single site. By 2027, more than 1,000 jobs are planned to be created here, said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region and Minister of Investments, Industry, and Science.

The center will cover an area of about 30 thousand square meters. According to Zinovieva, 1.2 billion rubles have already been invested in the project, and the investment plan for 2026 provides for another 300 million rubles.

The center will house laboratories for research and testing, design and engineering departments, as well as demonstration spaces and showrooms. The production part will include the assembly of climate and ventilation equipment, medical technology, and other engineering systems.

The project will combine the scientific and technological base of NPO LIT and the engineering and production competencies of LITEX. One of the directions will be the development of equipment based on NPO LIT's own designs. The company specializes in ultraviolet disinfection systems for water, air, and surfaces, as well as the production of its own UV sources.

Such equipment is used in water supply and sanitation, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and food industries, microelectronics, ventilation and air conditioning, medicine, and municipal infrastructure.
