Russian "KER-Holding" has not received approximately $5.6 million for work performed at an energy facility in Bangladesh. The company participated in the overhaul of a 210 MW power unit, including a steam turbine and boiler, and also supplied a generator.

According to the company, the main part of the work in Bangladesh has already been completed, and the project's equipment is about 90% finished. However, after changes in international settlement conditions, the previous payment mechanism stopped working.

The payment problem hit KER's liquidity — within Russia, the group's enterprises have accumulated debts to the tax authorities and suppliers.

KER-Holding also develops its own production of gas turbine equipment. The company is developing a gas turbine engine with a capacity of at least 3 MW, and also announces plans to produce its own machines for the energy sector.
