Stealth drones, which are supposed to be launched from the fifth-generation Su-57 fighter, can combine stealth with a relatively low cost. Such aircraft are capable of independently delivering ammunition to the target, said Hero of Russia and chief pilot of OKB "Sukhoi" Sergey Bogdan.

According to him, modern armed forces require a large number of effective means of destruction, while their cost also matters.

The main advantage of such drones is their low observability. The aircraft can be less visible to radar systems, as well as in other detection ranges.

Meanwhile, Russia has already signed new contracts for the supply of Su-57E fighters to foreign customers. The delivery of combat aircraft will start in 2026, noted the head of Rosoboronexport, Alexander Mikheev.
