From January to June, Rosoboronexport supplied over 50% of the products planned for 2026 to other countries. This was stated by Alexander Mikheev, Director General of the military equipment and arms exporter, on the eve of the El Alamein International Airshow in Egypt.

According to him, arms exports do not depend on the fulfillment of the state defense order.

Deliveries did not affect the fulfillment of the State Defense Order by industrial enterprises.

Foreign clients decide to purchase Russian weapons, considering that they have been tested in combat. In particular, over 90% of the models contracted for 2026 were used in real combat operations against "modern weapons and military equipment from Western manufacturers," Mikheev added.

In the first 6 months of this year, Rosoboronexport concluded contracts worth 13 billion dollars. Russia will supply air defense systems and aircraft abroad. However, Mikheev did not disclose what specific products are in question.
