The Il-114-300 reached Vladivostok from Zhukovsky to participate in the Eastern Economic Forum, overcoming zones of severe icing, turbulence, and heavy rainfall along the way. The flight took exactly 15 hours. Sergey Sukhar, chief pilot of Il JSC, spoke about the flight.

The route passed through Zhukovsky, Krasnoyarsk, and Cheremshanka airfield, after which the aircraft headed to Vladivostok and landed at Knevichi Airport. According to Sergey Sukhar, during the flight, the crew encountered severe icing and turbulence. Upon approach to landing in Vladivostok, the aircraft entered a zone of heavy rainfall.

At the same time, as the chief pilot of Il noted, the aircraft's systems operated normally throughout the entire flight.

The flight to the EEF, according to UAC representatives, became the longest in the history of the Il-114-300: the aircraft covered more than 6,000 km. For a machine designed for regional transportation, this route was a serious test in real weather conditions.
