Engineers from the company "Sektor" have created a wide-band video receiver "Spektr" (installed on the operator's side – in VR glasses or a ground station) for drones, which can withstand powerful electronic warfare. This was reported by the developer's press service.

The company clarified that "Spektr" is a completely domestic product. The video receiver has already passed interference immunity tests.

The device withstood the impact of a jamming signal with a power of 40 W.

At the same time, the jammer was in close proximity to "Spektr". This means that the receiver can maintain operability under extremely powerful electronic warfare. In real conditions, when the distance to the electronic warfare system is significantly greater, the interference immunity is even higher.

Characteristics of the "Spektr" video receiver:

  • Analog video signal
  • Range – from 70 to 6000 MHz
  • Support for positive and negative video signals
  • Control and configuration – via an external controller via UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter)

The electronic device from "Spektr" is already being used by Russian military personnel. In addition, such components are also used for civilian drones.
