Russian sales managers are ready to hand over routine tasks to AI, but they don't want the technology to become a control tool. 55% of respondents support its implementation provided their salary is maintained, while 31% believe that current solutions are still raw – they don't help, but only take up additional time, according to a "Novofon" study.

People are ready to share routine tasks with AI, but don't want to turn sales into an algorithm
Not all specialists perceive artificial intelligence as an assistant. 18% of study participants believe that working with AI itself becomes a new responsibility.
Almost one in five is confident that sales remain "an art, not an algorithm," so technology should not actively participate in this process.
Another 16% would not want their work results to be evaluated by automated systems.
Most see the future of the profession with an AI assistant
Despite a cautious attitude towards technology, the overall outlook for the future among sales managers remains positive.
67% of respondents consider the optimal option to be one where specialists can focus more on interesting tasks, while repetitive processes are handled by artificial intelligence.
At the same time, the attitude towards AI depends not only on the capabilities of the technology itself, but also on how exactly it is integrated into work processes.
Employees more easily accept automation when it helps eliminate routine tasks. However, using AI as a tool for control or performance evaluation raises more questions.
