United Aircraft Corporation ended the first half of 2026 with a net loss of 2.3 billion rubles, although the company showed a profit a year earlier. At the same time, OAK's revenue increased by 16% and reached 102.6 billion rubles.
According to the company's report under Russian accounting standards (RAS), OAK received 260 million rubles of net profit in the first six months of last year. However, in 2026, the final financial result was negative.
The corporation's core business, however, showed growth. Revenues from the construction and sale of aircraft and other flying vehicles amounted to 61.2 billion rubles, and the production of spare parts brought another 27.5 billion rubles. The repair and maintenance of aviation equipment segment provided 7.8 billion rubles in revenue.
The total cost of sales decreased by 6.6% and amounted to 66 billion rubles. Thanks to this, OAK's gross profit approximately doubled compared to the same period last year — to 36.7 billion rubles.
However, the positive result from core operations was offset by an increase in other costs. Commercial expenses of 21.2 billion rubles, other expenses of 15.3 billion rubles, including exchange rate differences and impairment of financial investments, as well as interest on loans of 13.5 billion rubles, had a significant impact on the outcome.
The company's administrative expenses amounted to 10.2 billion rubles. At the same time, other income decreased by 25% — to 20.9 billion rubles.
OAK's financial burden also remains high. At the end of the first half, the company's long-term liabilities grew to 644 billion rubles compared to 405 billion rubles at the end of 2025. The volume of short-term liabilities amounted to about 1.29 trillion rubles.
