The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Khabarovsk Krai announced a tender for the redesign of the engineering documentation for Project A45-2 vessels. The relevant information is posted on the RTS-Tender portal.

The initial contract price is 61.7 million rubles. Applications for the work are accepted until August 3.

The first planing-type vessel of Project A45-2, "70 Years of Victory," was laid down at the Khabarovsk Shipyard (KhSZ) in 2011. In 2016, the vessel was handed over to the customer, "Khabarovskvodtrans." It currently operates on the Amur River from Khabarovsk to Fuyuan.

• Width — 6 m
• Side height — 2.4 m
• Speed — 70 km/h
• Autonomy — 1 day
• Passenger capacity — 100 people

The enterprise also began construction of two more vessels of this project. The work was 60% complete. However, due to design flaws and lack of funding, the project's implementation was suspended. In late May 2026, Khabarovsk Krai Governor Dmitry Demeshin announced that KhSZ would complete the vessels.
