The income of UAV operators without higher education on commercial projects reaches 200 thousand rubles, while the average salary of specialists is in the range of 80–120 thousand, according to data from a Mega-Personal company study. An entire ecosystem of professions is forming around drones, and the demand for specialists continues to grow.

At the same time, operators are offered up to 200 thousand rubles for complex projects. A technician-operator, who maintains and diagnoses UAVs, receives 70–150 thousand rubles. A design engineer, whose responsibilities include developing and testing drones, receives 150–200 thousand rubles. A data analyst (processing aerial photography, 3D models) can expect a salary of 80–180 thousand rubles.

Drones are already actively used in construction, agriculture, geodesy, logistics, and the media, becoming a full-fledged tool of the civilian economy. Analysts emphasize that the market is moving away from perceiving a drone as a separate device. Today, employers need specialists who combine piloting skills with expertise in a specific industry – agriculture, construction, geodesy, or industry. Such "hybrid" specialists will be the most competitive.

Mega-Personal company claims that, given the shortage of personnel and technological development, in 10–30 years, one operator will be able to control a group of five to ten unmanned vehicles simultaneously.
