The Russian Navy already has a carrier for the "Poseidon" unmanned underwater vehicle. The presence of such a ship was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev.

According to open data, the apparatus is capable of reaching speeds of up to 200 km/h, operating at depths of over 1 km, and remaining underwater for extended periods without needing to surface.
The appearance of the carrier signifies the project's transition from the development stage to the practical operation of elements of new strategic underwater weaponry. However, the exact characteristics of the carrier and the timeline for its further deployment are not officially disclosed.
