The online platform Wildberries, part of the RWB group, has launched a new section for household services. Now, you can not only buy appliances on the platform but also order their installation. Initially, the service is available to residents of Moscow.

Users can purchase electronic certificates for the installation, setup, and maintenance of appliances. After activating the coupon, the client independently coordinates the date and time of the specialist's visit from a partner service center. Initially, services with a fixed list of works and a pre-known cost are available.

Ivan Osipov, Head of Commercial Projects and Products Development at RWB, stated that the new service will save time and provide services from verified specialists.

However, this niche is not new. Similar services are already offered by other market players: for example, Ozon, together with YouDo, launched an appliance installation service, while "M.Video" and "Eldorado" offer connection and setup of appliances through their own service departments.

In the future, Wildberries plans to expand the project's geography and the list of available services.
