Minsk Gear Works completed acceptance tests of a new plow of its own design, intended for use with powerful tractors and comprehensive soil cultivation in one pass. The tests took place in the Gomel region at the Iskra-Vetka enterprise.

The developed unit consists of two modules and is designed for smooth plowing of old arable soils without stony inclusions to a depth of up to 27 cm. It is designed for use with tractors with a power of 350 hp and above and is capable of simultaneously performing plowing, crushing soil clods, leveling and rolling, reducing the number of passes of equipment across the field. This allows to reduce fuel consumption, reduce skidding, retain moisture in the soil and increase the overall energy efficiency of cultivation.

Based on the results of field tests, experts noted that the design requires pinpoint refinements, which are already being completed. The tests confirmed the machine's performance, but revealed the need for minor structural adjustments. It is also noted that the interest from machine operators allowed to collect additional ideas for improving the unit.
