The Novosibirsk Chkalov Aircraft Plant has organized parallel serial assembly of 4++ generation Su-34 fighters for Algeria. This has not affected the deliveries of serial Su-34s for the Russian Aerospace Forces, reported "Tekhnosfera Rossiya".
For comparison, in 2025, the military received seven batches of new front-line bombers – by various estimates, this amounts to 18-20 aircraft.
The production of aircraft for the Algerian Air Force is carried out at the Chkalov Aircraft Plant in parallel.
The total number of Su-34 fighters in service with the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) was estimated at at least 240 units.
Recently, photos of the Su-34E for the Algerian Air Force went viral. Contrary to expectations, the fuselage color was not orange.
