Sales of the new generation of light commercial vehicles Sollers SF5 have started in Russia. The main news for buyers is that the model now features a classic six-speed automatic transmission with a torque converter. The SF5 van family replaces the SF4 model.

The automatic transmission is available for all modifications. It comes with a 4-year or 200,000 km warranty.

Sollers SF5 production is established at the Sollers Alabuga plant in Yelabuga using a full-cycle technology. Russian galvanized steel is used for body panels, and some key electronic and mechanical components are produced locally.

These components include ADAS driver assistance systems, control units, and seats.

All Sollers SF5 versions are equipped with a localized 2.7-liter diesel engine. Its power is 150 hp, and its environmental class is Euro-5. The model is available with a six-speed manual transmission and an automatic transmission.

The interior has been improved for noise insulation and ergonomics. Standard equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control, an audio system, power mirrors, ABS and ESC, front airbags, and hill start assist.

The SF5 lineup includes all-metal vans with a volume of up to 12.7 cubic meters, passenger buses for up to 15 seats, cargo-passenger and cargo versions with platforms and vans with a volume of up to 17.5 cubic meters. The chassis can also be used for special vehicles, including ambulances and motorhomes.

The starting price for the Sollers SF5 family is 3.3 million rubles. The automatic version is 150,000 rubles more expensive. Taking into account special offers, leasing, and government programs, the final cost may be lower: for example, an L2H1 all-metal van could cost 2.6 million rubles.
