The competencies of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) allow for the development of military-technical cooperation with foreign partners. This was stated by the corporation's CEO, Andrey Puchkov.
He reminded that USC continues the program for building Project 11356 ships for the Indian Navy. The Republic is satisfied with the high quality of the built ships.
The unique competencies of USC shipyards and design bureaus, high production standards, and existing capacities allow us to look optimistically at the prospects for developing not only the program but also military-technical cooperation with other foreign partners in general.
Nikolay Patrushev, head of the Maritime Board, warned that the presence of ships with a significant service life in the Russian Navy negatively affects the combat capabilities of the fleet. Another negative factor was the weak implementation of innovations in warships.
