The kicksharing service "Urent" has launched a chatbot in the "Max" messenger for submitting complaints about traffic rule (PDR) violators on scooters. This was reported by the company's press service.
What can be complained about:
- improper parking
- езда вдвоём
- поездка лиц до 18 лет
- езда по пешеходному переходу на электросамокате
The appeal must be accompanied by a photo confirming the violation, indicating the place and time. Complaints are processed by "Urent" support service employees. If the fact of the violation is confirmed, the reckless driver will be punished (he will face a fine or account blocking).
In "Max", a separate chatbot will also appear where you can report a scooter malfunction and find out details about the subscription. Both bots will also be available on Telegram.
The "Urent" service appeared at the end of 2018. Currently, it accounts for more than 30% of the electric scooter and bicycle rental market in Russia. PAO "MTS" owns 84.6% of the kicksharing shares.
