"Tank Turn" and 150 kg Payload: New ZALA GX-3 Military All-Terrain Robot Shown in Action

The machine maintains mobility even after losing two wheels

ZALA company introduced a new universal robotic platform ZALA GX-3, designed to perform tasks in conditions dangerous for humans. The development can be used for evacuating the wounded, transporting cargo, supplying units in hard-to-reach areas, and as a tug where the presence of people is impossible or undesirable.

The main feature of the platform is its high cross-country capability. Independent electric motors on each wheel allow the machine to overcome obstacles higher than the wheel diameter, maintain mobility even if two wheels fail, and turn in place like a tank. This is especially important in confined spaces.

The operator gains full control over the situation thanks to a 360-degree panoramic video camera with real-time signal transmission. The basic range of stable communication reaches 5 kilometers, and with the use of a repeater, the control zone expands to 30 kilometers.

Technical capabilities of the platform: payload - over 150 kilograms, range - up to 50 kilometers, standby time - more than 200 hours. The developers emphasize: ZALA GX-3 is capable of replacing traditional transport, providing high reliability in all weather conditions and on rough terrain.
