Rostec transferred supply and HR to Shokin GPT, and psychologists to the Dobroservice AI platform

The digital maturity of the state corporation exceeded 60%, and design and communication moved to an import-substituting virtual contour

The average digital maturity indicator of Rostec state corporation enterprises has already exceeded 60%. As Maxim Valin, Director for Digital Transformation of the state corporation, said in an interview with RBC at CIPR-2026, the basis of digitalization is the transition from simple copying of Western software to creating proprietary solutions with added value.

The corporation has implemented a multi-agent system Shokin GPT. In it, a separate AI agent is responsible for each area – from supply to technological discipline. In parallel, the Dobroservice platform has been launched with 15 AI consultants for psychological and legal support of employees.

The platform handles 60% of requests itself, while complex cases are referred to real operators. The use of the platform has already helped reduce the risk of sudden employee dismissals by 15–20%.

The design of new products is carried out in a unified digital environment with the connection of supercomputers, and for rapid software development, the low-code platform "Red", developed jointly with "Red Soft" company, is used. Communication is provided by the import-substituted IVA Corp system with built-in AI for voice protocols. The CamKeeper IoT complex is responsible for monitoring the IT infrastructure.

Thus, Rostec is building a production IT landscape in which engineers, supply managers, and HR specialists work in conjunction with AI agents, and the rejection of manual code in favor of low-code shortens the development cycle.
