Industry and manufacturing ranked second among sectors with the highest number of vacancies in Russia. This conclusion was reached by SuperJob analysts after studying their job vacancy database.

According to the study, in industry, employers are most acutely in need of blue-collar workers: locksmiths, electricians, and turners. Among engineering and technical personnel, designers, technologists, and mechanics are most in demand.

Construction took third place. Here, Russian employers most often require electricians, electric and gas welders, and plumbers, as well as design engineers and estimators.

The absolute leader in the number of vacancies is retail. In this sector, sales consultants, cashiers, and store administrators are most frequently sought.
