The Beshtau Group of Companies (Stavropol Krai) has mastered the production of its own solid-state drives (SSDs), RAM modules, and power supplies. Vladimir Kuznetsov, co-founder of the enterprise, spoke about this in an interview with Stavropol Media.
Our company has already come a long way from soldering motherboards to producing our own SSDs, storage devices, RAM, and power supplies. Then our own cases, our own logistics schemes, and packaging were added.
He emphasized that this is not just a replacement for imported components, but a restructuring of the entire logic of production, design, and interaction with suppliers.
What now seems like "fitting to imports" should eventually turn into a separate, conscious Russian engineering culture – with its own standards, ecosystem, and design approaches.
GC "Beshtau" was founded in 2021 and is engaged in the production of computer equipment and peripherals for government and commercial customers.
