Russia is discussing promising projects for technical cooperation with several countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. This was announced by Dmitry Savitsky, Deputy General Director of the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defense Concern for Air Navigation System Products and Dual-Use Products.
According to him, recently, aviation authorities of one African country initiated a meeting to discuss the implementation of Russian equipment into their air traffic control system.
There are promising projects for technical cooperation with China, Mongolia, India, and countries in the Middle East and Africa. Of course, they are not developing as actively today, but we have not severed ties.
