App Store Lost "Luna": Browser with Ministry of Digital Development Certificates No Longer Available

The app was removed from the store without official explanation

The mobile browser "Luna", known for its support of Ministry of Digital Development certificates, has suddenly disappeared from the App Store. The application was removed from the store without official comments on the reasons.

However, for users who already have "Luna" installed, nothing has changed – the browser continues to operate in normal mode.

Previously, "Luna" was often used to access online banks, particularly by VTB clients. However, the service itself is not tied to a specific application: the personal account is also accessible through other browsers, including Safari, which does not support Ministry of Digital Development certificates.

The browser was developed by "Innovatsionnaya Razrabotka" company and was positioned as a solution with built-in support for Russian security certificates. Among its features are a minimalistic interface, ad blocking, and tracker blocking.

At present, the reasons for the removal remain unknown.
