Nakal Company has completed testing of the industrial gas furnace PGT 30.100.20/13-VP, designed for heat treatment of large-sized products. During the inspection, the equipment confirmed its declared technical characteristics and stable operation of its main systems.
The furnace is designed for heat treatment of large-sized parts and heavy loads. The model is equipped with a retractable hearth and is designed to operate at temperatures up to 1300 degrees Celsius. The working chamber size is 10,000 × 3,000 × 2,300 mm, and the permissible load weight is up to 40 tons.
During the tests, specialists checked the operation of the heating, automatic control, and safety systems. The stability of temperature regimes when working with large products was also confirmed.
Gas furnaces of this type are used in metallurgy, heavy engineering, and at enterprises where heat treatment of massive parts is required. The use of gas heating allows for reduced production costs due to a more economical energy source.
