Protected from bullets and shell fragments: the armored military vehicle "Tornado-U" will be showcased at the Victory Parade in Chelyabinsk

The truck is equipped with a YaMZ-652 engine with 440 hp.

Ural Automobile Plant equipment will be used in the Victory Parade in Chelyabinsk. Spectators will see the armored military vehicle "Tornado-U". This was announced by the company's press service.

Tornado-U Cargo Truck

The all-wheel drive truck with a 6x6 wheel formula and a flatbed platform is designed for transporting:

  • weapons
  • military and special equipment
  • people
  • towing vehicles and trailers

The armored cabin protects the crew and main components of the vehicle from bullets and fragments of artillery shells, mines, and grenades. The vehicle has been produced since 2012 and is supplied to the Russian Armed Forces.
