New PAZ hits the route: Mostransavto tests CityMax-8 in Moscow Region

The bus is already running between Pushkino and Korolyov

JSC "Mostransavto" has started testing the new PAZ CityMax-8 bus. The vehicle has already entered service and operates on route No. 44 "Pushkino station – Korolyov (Kosmonavtov Avenue)". Test operation will last 6 months.

Tests are conducted under real conditions – with normal passenger load. This will allow evaluating how suitable the model is for urban and suburban routes.

PAZ CityMax-8 is a low-floor mid-class bus about 8 meters long. It is designed for 32 passengers, with 24 seats in the cabin. There are areas for people with limited mobility and passengers with strollers.

The model is equipped with a Euro-5 ecological standard diesel engine. The cabin has air conditioning and heating systems, and safety is ensured by ABS and disc brakes on all wheels. The maximum speed of the bus reaches 90 km/h.

Mostransavto notes that CityMax-8 combines compact dimensions and sufficient capacity. The test results will show whether the model can become part of the carrier's regular fleet.
