Russia used to be "on the periphery of technological solutions" in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), but now the situation has changed dramatically. This opinion was expressed by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
To be honest, it didn't develop at all here. I remember all this from my previous job.
In his opinion, the development and production of drones for various purposes is now particularly relevant. This is due to the fact that military technologies are able to give impetus to the formation of an entire unmanned industry.
As an example, Medvedev cited the creation of nuclear weapons in the 1940s, which gave impetus to the development of nuclear energy.
