Russia has received a request from Indonesia for the supply of weapons and military equipment for the period from 2025 to 2030. This was reported by the 1Prime agency.
Rosoboronexport's proposals include Su-57E 5th generation and Su-35 generation "4++" aircraft, as well as Il-78MK-90A tankers, Ka-52E helicopters and Mi-17 type vehicles, as well as drones.
Among armored vehicles are the Sprut light amphibious tank and BMP-3F, submarines and coastal zone ships, the latest air defense systems — S-400 Triumph and S-350E Vityaz SAMs, Pantsir-S1M SAMs, Verba MANPADS, and drone countermeasures.
The proposal is currently under development, the agency said.
Russia is one of Indonesia's key partners since Soviet times. In recent decades, the state has been transferred Su-27 and Su-30 fighters in MK/MK2 versions, Mi-35 and Mi-17 helicopters, BMP-3F infantry fighting vehicles and BTR-80A armored personnel carriers.
