During climatic tests, the car was exposed to high and low temperatures — from +60 to -50°C and humidity from 25% to 95%. Lada engineers calibrated the Lada Azimut power unit for reliable engine starting in harsh winter conditions.

Then they placed the crossover in a salt spray chamber, simulating many years of all-season operation. The car withstood a chemically aggressive environment and vapors with reagents, confirming a high level of corrosion resistance.

Experts checked the tightness of the crossover body. To do this, it was placed on a special platform in a rain chamber. Lada Azimut was tilted at different angles to approximate realistic conditions. Tests have proven that the interior is reliably protected from moisture.
