Tupolev PJSC has implemented a new electronic document management system, Directum RX, in its production operations. The platform has united the work of all the company's branches and covers about 3,000 employees.
After the implementation, the approval processes became transparent, centralized monitoring of task execution appeared, and the volume of paper documents decreased.
The new system made it possible to regulate processes and reduce the burden on employees through automation.
