Russian engineers have developed a new drone that drops six VOG rounds at once instead of one. The combat capabilities of the unmanned aircraft were sharply enhanced by a special drum-type device.
Now the drone carries not one munition, but six at once. That means the drone operator has six times more chances to hit the target.
At the same time, the device itself works like the cylinder of a revolver, dropping munitions one after another. The mount on the system is universal, suitable for both the "Mavic" and an FPV drone.
A UAV operator with the call sign Maugli also spoke about the relay system "Vynos," created by experienced engineers to strengthen the drone reception signal. Most of its parts were printed on a 3D printer; the system is needed so that the operator can work from a safe position.
A unit may come from the factory that does not work properly. And a person who understands what is not working where can assemble one whole from two. There will be no need for additional deliveries.
At the same time, in Moscow they are sharply ramping up production of the "Yolka" interceptors with acceleration up to 230 km/h and an interception range of up to 3 km. The drone strikes the target with kinetic impact rather than a warhead.
