Max Messenger will remind Russians about utility payments

From April 1, you can contact the management company via a chatbot in the messenger

The Ministry of Construction of Russia has launched a new digital service for residents of apartment buildings: now some everyday issues can be resolved directly in the house chat in the Max messenger. The service should simplify everyday, but important tasks - remind you to submit meter readings and pay for utility services. And from April 1, you can also send requests to the management company via a chatbot.

To use the service, you need to join the house chat in Max and find a chatbot among the chat participants, the department explained. In most regions, this is "Gosuslugi Dom", and in Moscow - "Electronic Dom". You can enter the chat using a QR code, which is located on the information stand of the house or in the office of the management company, as well as through the "Gosuslugi Dom" application.

Currently, more than 539 thousand house chats have been created in Max. At the end of March 2026, their audience exceeded 12 million people.

As a reminder, Max is a national messenger with audio and video calls, chats, voice messages, sending large files and money transfers. Information channels also work in it in test mode. Business services in the form of mini-applications and chatbots are integrated into the platform.
