The Ministry of Education of Russia has sent a proposal to the Ministry of Digital Development to include educational websites and digital services in the list of resources with guaranteed access in case of communication restrictions. The initiative aims to ensure the smooth operation of educational infrastructure for schoolchildren, teachers, and parents in case of possible internet slowdowns.
The department has formed a list of key platforms that support the educational process and administrative work of schools. It includes the official portal of the ministry, digital assistants for students, teachers, and parents, services for constructing work programs and curricula, as well as specialized government projects.
The head of the Ministry of Education of Russia, Sergey Kravtsov, said that the department has already submitted the initiative to the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
In cases of slowing down access to the internet, one of the most important tasks is to ensure uninterrupted connection of students, teachers, parents, and other categories of citizens to the necessary educational platforms. For this purpose, a list of resources has been formed, access to which is guaranteed. We propose to include the services of the Ministry of Education of Russia in it.
It is also proposed to add the portal "Digital Educational Environment DPO", the projects "Rural Teacher", "Adoption in the Russian Federation", "Rastimdetey.rf" and the portal "Decade of Childhood" to the list.
