Telegram in the State Duma was briefly in a "special mode." Against the backdrop of massive messenger failures across the country, Deputy Mikhail Delyagin reported that in the parliament building, the service suddenly began to work without restrictions — through the Duma Wi-Fi.
According to him, this was preceded by several days when there was not even official internet in the State Duma. Then the situation changed dramatically: Telegram opened and functioned stably, while users across the country continued to experience disruptions.
However, the "special mode" did not last long. After about a day, access to the messenger disappeared, and with it, the Wi-Fi itself stopped working.
