A batch of high-precision systems has already been transferred to one of the special units of the Western Operational Command. The developer of the system was OAO "Kidma tek".

The rifle uses the 7.62×54R cartridge, which is widely employed in the Belarusian armed forces. Its effective firing range is up to 1,000 meters.

The key indicator is shot grouping:

  • at a distance of 100 m, dispersion is about 1 cm
  • at the 700 m line, deviation does not exceed 14 cm.

These characteristics make it possible to confidently engage single targets in difficult conditions, including limited visibility and the need for rapid deployment.

SV-1000 "Stilet" is intended for specialized missions within army, reconnaissance, and special units. The weapon is designed for sniper pairs and groups operating in the rear of a notional enemy, on the front line, or during counter-sabotage operations.
