The Tverstroymash AL94 semitrailer delivered oversized cargo for the Akkuyu NPP under construction in Turkey. This is reported by the Agroreport Telegram channel.
A 7.5-meter wide gate leaf was transported on a 7-axle platform. The road train traveled 4,500 kilometers accompanied by special vehicles without any incidents. AL94 is one of the most load-carrying models of the plant, created specifically for complex transportation. The platform allows you to adjust the length from 11 to 19 meters and has two driving heights.
Akkuyu NPP will be the first nuclear power plant in Turkey. The facility will have four power units with a capacity of 1200 MW each. The construction is being carried out by a subsidiary of Rosatom.
