Volgodonsk's Atommash plant, part of Rosatom's engineering division, will produce and supply a reactor plant for the second power unit of the Egyptian El Dabaa NPP in 2026, as well as a wide range of equipment for the Turkish Akkuyu NPP, the company's press service reported.
According to plant representatives, Atommash's main focus is the production of first-class safety equipment for nuclear power plants. The company is currently implementing long-cycle projects for the production of reactors of both large and small capacity, for both Russian and foreign customers.
In addition to international deliveries, in 2026, the plant will continue to produce components for small nuclear power plants and small floating power units.
Rosatom's engineering division provides equipment for reactor islands and machine rooms of all NPPs under construction according to the Russian design. In addition, it acts as a solution provider for LNG projects, waste processing plants, and develops integrated engineering solutions for the energy, oil and gas sectors, and shipbuilding.
