In addition, top manager Dmitry Yakimov filed a lawsuit against Avtotor over a labor dispute. This was reported by Kaliningrad journalist Evsyutkin. Yakimov holds the position of deputy general director of Prommenedzhment, the holding company\'s management company. He is also the general director of Zavod avtokomponentov, which manages the recently launched component cluster.

Yakimov worked at Avtotor for 20 years. He was responsible for assembling American Hummer vehicles, then led the BMW assembly project from the parent company in Moscow. Usually, large companies seek to settle conflicts with top managers out of court and with compensation payments. In this particular case, according to available information, no agreement was reached.

On April 2, 2025, the holding company changed its management. Andrey Ulyanitsky became president and general director, and Oleg Makarov became executive director. As of mid-February, the plant\'s production capacity was loaded at approximately 10%.
