Two vice presidents resigned from the Avtotor holding company — the vice president for quality and the vice president for production. The company made no official statements. Both executives had worked within the structure for more than 15 years.
In addition, top manager Dmitry Yakimov filed a lawsuit against Avtotor over a labor dispute. This was reported by Kaliningrad journalist Evsyutkin. Yakimov holds the position of deputy general director of Prommenedzhment, the holding company\'s management company. Yakimov worked at Avtotor for 20 years. He was responsible for assembling American Hummer vehicles, then led the BMW assembly project from the parent company in Moscow. On April 2, 2025, the holding company changed its management. Andrey Ulyanitsky became president and general director, and Oleg Makarov became executive director. As of mid-February, the plant\'s production capacity was loaded at approximately 10%.
