The Russian used motorcycle market reached record levels in 2025: according to the Avtostat agency, 125,000 used motorcycles were sold, which is 10% more than in 2024. For the third year in a row, the figure exceeds 100,000 units.
Most of the sales were for Japanese and German brands: Honda took first place with 23.4 thousand cars sold, Yamaha – 17.2 thousand, Suzuki – 10.2 thousand, Kawasaki – 9.8 thousand, BMW – 9.3 thousand.
The Honda CBR leads the model ranking with 4.8 thousand used units sold, followed by the Honda CB (4.1 thousand), and the top three is closed by the Jawa 350 (3.5 thousand).
Experts emphasize that almost half of all motorcycles sold (48.5%) were of Japanese origin. Chinese models were the second most popular with a share of 12.4%, and Russian models were third with 8.5%. The market demonstrates steady growth, confirming interest in high-quality foreign motorcycles and a consistently high demand for used equipment.
