The Uralvagonzavod concern (part of Rostec) has opened a vacancy for the position of specialist in award policy. The stated salary attracts attention — from 169,600 to 254,400 rubles per month before taxes.
For this money, the company offers an eight-hour work schedule on a 5/2 basis. The job will be based in Moscow. An important condition is at least three years of relevant work experience in government structures and organizations.
The candidate will be responsible for building a system for recognizing merit — from monitoring employees' labor achievements and length of service to filling out award sheets that will undergo reviews by higher authorities.
Bekhan Ozdoev, Industrial Director of Rostec's weapons cluster, previously stated that Russian tanks will not run out, despite claims by foreign media to the contrary.
