The Uralvagonzavod concern (part of Rostec) has opened a vacancy for the position of award policy specialist. The announced salary attracts attention — from 169,600 to 254,400 rubles per month before taxes.
For this money, the company offers an eight-hour work schedule on a 5/2 scheme. The work will be in Moscow. An important condition is work experience in the field of at least three years in government structures and organizations.
The candidate will have to build a system for recognizing merits — from monitoring the labor successes and seniority of employees to filling out award sheets that will be checked by higher authorities.
Bekhan Ozdoev, Industrial Director of the Rostec Armaments Cluster, previously stated that Russian tanks will not run out, despite claims to the contrary by foreign media.
