Former Top Manager of "Power Machines" Heads NPO "PromEnergoMash"

Manager Vasily Goryaev will focus on developing industrial plants for hydrogen and oxygen in his new role

Vasily Goryaev, former head of clean energy at St. Petersburg's "Power Machines", became the director of Moscow's NPO "PromEnergoMash" on January 13, 2026. Previously, he did not hold positions as head of companies and did not own shares in businesses, but in 2023 he oversaw projects in wind energy and industrial automation. Under Goryaev's management, "Power Machines" presented a six-axis robot manipulator with a lifting capacity of 20 kg in 2024 for automating the loading and unloading of presses on production lines. It was intended for mass production and integration into preform complexes. Goryaev also gave a presentation on the development of electric charging stations for electric vehicles.

NPO "PromEnergoMash" (part of "NordEnergoGroup") designs and manufactures industrial plants for water electrolysis and the production of oxygen and hydrogen.

The company does not publish financial indicators and provides limited information about projects. According to public data, in 2024, NPO committed to supplying an electrolysis plant for a heating system in Ivanovo, but the contract was not fulfilled. The company also participated in a hydrogen project for "Severstal", but did not complete the foundation work. The company's website indicates successful installations for Moscow's ZAO "Prochnost" and FSUE "TsNIIChermet named after I.P. Bardin".

NPO's plants are designed for the industrial production of hydrogen and oxygen using electrolysis. The designs include automated control systems, modules for integration with heat and power and industrial lines, as well as the ability to connect to power grids of various capacities.
