The Perm-based company OOO "Russo-Balt," which acquired the rights to the pre-revolutionary brand, has fully unveiled its family of light electric vans designed in the style of the Tesla Cybertruck. The first production vehicles will be delivered to customers in January 2027.
The electric vehicle will feature a unibody body with exterior panels made of stainless steel. The manufacturer will produce them without using stamping technologies. This design is intended to increase strength and simplify small-scale production.
The van will be equipped with a 200 hp electric motor on the front axle. A 115 kW traction battery will provide a range of up to 400 km. The model's payload capacity will be 1,000 kg. The vehicle can be driven with a category B driver's license.
The company plans to manufacture the vehicles to individual orders. The base price starts at 6.5 million rubles. The project is currently undergoing certification procedures. The manufacturer has already received an international WMI code and assigned VIN numbers to the vehicles.
