The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region terminated the proceedings on the recovery of 77.3 million rubles from the St. Petersburg JSC "ODK-Klimov" on the claim of the Perm company "Reduktor-PM". The justification for the requirements was not specified.
The case was considered at a closed court session, as a result, representatives of "Reduktor-PM" abandoned the claims against the engine builders.
Recall that "ODK-Klimov" is part of the United Engine Corporation. The company builds TV7-117 power plants for Il-114-300, VK-2500 for TV3-117 and electronic automatic control systems.
JSC "Reduktor-PM" specializes in the production and after-sales service of helicopter gearboxes and transmissions.
The company produces, repairs and maintains the main gearboxes and transmission units of helicopters of various modifications: Mi-8/17, Mi-28, as well as Mi-26T.
