The Nizhny Novgorod company "ULTRA GRUPP" has produced the first batch of ULTRAILER flatbed semi-trailers. Production was launched at the former facility of the Swiss engineering company Liebherr in Dzerzhinsk.
The new non-self-propelled vehicle was designed for operation in the Far East. Its basic configuration includes container locks, lashing loops, removable steel side boards, and a front panel.
ULTRAILER semi-trailer specifications:
- Curb weight — 10.5 t
- Maximum cargo weight — 43.5 t
- Cargo platform length — 13.6 m
- Air suspension with liftable first axle
- Fuel tank — 450 L
- Braking system with EBS
- Parking brake
- Wheel chocks
The Liebherr plant was built in 2011. Since September 2024, the enterprise, where more than 1,000 people worked, has ceased production.
