Distance training of drivers: how the rules of training will change from March 1

Russians will be able to study remotely at driving schools from spring

From March 1, driver candidates will be able to partially study the theory for obtaining a license remotely. This is stated in the document, which RIA Novosti has reviewed.

According to the new rules, training will be conducted using special software that records attendance and progress. At the same time, driving schools retain the ability to teach the full course traditionally, without a remote component.

In addition, future drivers will be able to undergo theoretical training not only in driving schools, but also in motor parks, transport depots and other organizations whose activities comply with the educational program.

Distance learning allows you to flexibly allocate time and increases the availability of preparation for exams, especially for residents of small towns and working people.
