KDM Plant has introduced a new universal combined road maintenance vehicle to the market — the ED270 model, built on the GAZ Valdai 12 chassis. The new vehicle is designed for year-round maintenance of urban and suburban roads and features a high degree of modularity.

According to the manufacturer, the ED270 can be equipped with a wide range of mounted equipment: a blade with a turning angle of up to 30°, a brush unit, a watering system, as well as plastic tanks for water or a reagent body with a capacity of up to 4 m³. The width of the treated lane varies from 2.2 to 3.5 meters, which makes it possible to adapt the vehicle to specific tasks — from cleaning narrow streets to treating highways.

Plant representatives noted that such flexibility in configuration makes the ED270 especially in demand among municipal services that require one vehicle to perform several operations — from snow removal and spreading to summer watering and washing the road surface.
