Representatives of "Sheremetyevo International Airport" will participate in the bidding for DME Holding LLC, which manages Domodedovo, if the second stage of the bidding is held.
If the state holds a second stage of the tender for the sale of Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo International Airport JSC will take part in it.
They emphasized that they are ready to participate in the auction, despite the need for significant investments in this project.
The Domodedovo group of companies, which includes 32 legal entities, including DME Holding LLC, was seized in June 2025 by a court decision in favor of the state at the suit of the Prosecutor General's Office. The reason is that the beneficiaries of the company, Dmitry Kamenshchik and Valery Kogan, according to the investigation, were residents of other countries. According to the law of the Russian Federation, foreign investors are prohibited from carrying out strategic activities for the defense and security of the country without the consent of the government.
The auction for the sale of the air harbor, which took place on January 20, 2026, was declared by the authorities as invalid. Its only participant, businessman Evgeny Bogaty, did not provide the necessary documents. The initial amount of the auction was 132.3 billion rubles.
